It's sad, but true, that the same person who will pay $$$ for just the right marble floor tile will also accept a house built with the same barely adequate, minimal electrical system as used by the Habitat folks.
For the prices charged, I would expect the electrical design to have some measure of convenience and room for growth!

It is also deplorable that the current legal climate ensures that the only contractors who are able to put up tract homes are one who are of the shady, corner-cutting, vanishing gypsy type!

As John Ruskin said: "There is nothing that can't be done poorer, and thos who consider price alone are that mans' lawful prey."
