Can 310.15(B)(6)be used to size conductors feeding a multigang meterbase? The wording says "a dwelling unit" which to me means one dwelling.

YES same article-- 2002 handbook--one,two,or multi-family dwelling. i would be concerned with load requirements first. GEO
