If while working replacing a rec. I removed the neutral wire and not knowing I toasted the disposal.Because 300.13b was violated who is actually legally responceable for the damage.Don`t get me wrong here I replaced the disposal but I`m wanting to let the original contractor know of this.Would Judge Wapner make me pay or the contractor who was to busy to return.I should have removed power but its was friday and well now I have a disposal def. not 240 volt freindly
