Folks, We've upgraded the ECN Chat software as of last night. The upgrade added a new Feature or two and better accessibility to some others. Let us know of any problems here.  Bill

Hi Bill,
I think it may be at my end but I still have a heck of a time logging on and off.
the first time I logon it freezes up ..almost every time, unless I restart my computer before I logon, that used to happen in the past as well,
but now when I logoff I can't close the browser window unless I force it ...not a big deal for me..more annoying than anything

It does sound to me like something at your end.
If you start a thread down in the Computer Forum and describe your situation someone might be able to help.

I don't think much of it since it has always happened to me....probably just my old Mac getting tired ...but thanks for the reply.

Tom, Have you updated your Java lately?. There was one version of it that came out a while back that really gave me pains with the Chat software, reverting to the earlier version fixed that problem and then moving on to the next version (after the dodgy one) when that update came out.
