Is it allowable to use URD wire + thwn ground wire in RNC conduit as a feeder for a pool sub panel. I ask because the subpanel will be inside a pool equipment shed and as far as I know URD is not permitted indoors. Is the pool equipment shed considered indoors? Wet location? Damp location?

What's wrong with using THWN for all the conductors?
