I'm looking for a residential baseboard replacement product that has room for outlets and additional circuits, as in something 3.5-4" tall.

You might combine a wiremold product with a built up baseboard above and below the W/M and they will forever be asking you where did you get that? See if White River Hardwoods has a web site with profiles of stock trim.

I see that you said "residential", Dave, so this doesn't really apply to this case, but..Couldn't that stuff cause some trouble where ADA compliance was required?
