Folks,
There was a thread about fluctuating voltage that was diagnosed by a few members as a loose or lost neutral. It was posted in the NEC area and I tried to move it to General area (here) as it was clearly not a code-related issue, however it got 'lost' on the way here somehow.
My apologies to the member who posted it, I believe he got his answer, however he is welcome to post it again if he didn't. (in General area please!)
