In looking in the SquareD catalog... 200A combo, 30/40, semi-flush, ring... All I'm finding is Homeline. There's no QO like this anymore?

QO13040M200_ perhaps?

QO13040M200 is an indoor load center... I'm looking for an outdoor combo.

Something like SC3040M200F. But, that's a Homeline model, according to the catalog.

Upon further investgation, all they have for combo's in QO are meter-mains, not all-in-ones. Meter-Mains, Squared D

Square D discontinued the all-in-one QO resi services It's Sq D Homeline or go to another brand.
Even the QO load centers I've seen recently are plastic junk. The place that the breaker snaps onto (opposite the bus stab) used to be steel, now it's plastic

A Cutler-Hammer CH series, maybe?

If you want "Zinsco Quality"* go SQ D, if you want good quality use a Cutler-Hammer type CH.

* I might raise a few hackles w/ that statement but SQ D and others have built their panels so cheaply as to deserve that comment, QO breakers are a fine product, but a chain is as strong as its weakest link.

Square D switched to the "nylon" interior about 20 years ago.

I just recently started coming into contact with loadcenters again, after a long time of bolt in panelboards.
