ECN Forum Forums General Topics of the Trade General Discussion Area Thread Vanished

There was a thread here a couple days ago about a guy in "NT" who may have been killed by someone "throwing a switch" (breaker) while he was working on some equipment. That thread now seems to be gone. Is that due to a glitch in the forum, or was it intentionally deleted for some reason? (When I last saw it, I didn't see anything objectionable about it.)

This was actually my fault for the thread disappearing without warning.
I asked Bill Addiss to move it to the Safety News Area of the ECN Forums.
Unfortunately, I forgot to mention that I was looking to move it to there, before it happened.
My apologies.

Same side of the coin, if you have any accident reports or what have you related to that topic, please put them in the "Safety Recalls and News Area".
It just keeps it all together.
