hey guys ive been reading my codebook and its till a little confusing for me. Do i or dont i need a emergency swich located within 5 feet of the spa (680.41). Is this the same as a maintenace disconnecting mean (680.12). And i have a problem , the spa was installed in a small area outside, adjacent to house wall and surrounded by three foot walls about three feet all around. one outlet per wall in pvc.Does 680.22(a)(5) take effect. Please help

The emergency disconnect provision only applies to comercial tubs- like you'ld see at the health club. Household ones do not require it.
