If I have a rotary phase converter that produces 240 volt 3 phase with a high leg, Can this unit be used to power a forklift battery charger rated 208-240/480? Does the high leg create a problem in this case?
Also, what will the voltage normally read phase to phase on a rotary phase converter?
What kind of setup is this considered to be? Open delta?

Thanks

This sounds to me as a 4 wire Delta, since there's a reference to a high leg.

Could be Open or Closed Delta.

Can be used for the Battery Charger. Just set up the Charger for 240 Volts.
