Those squirrelscan do a # in the attic. If possible, can you check (continuity) between all the lights and outlets on the outside of the house. Can any sections be turned on? Just to cut the trouble shooting into sections, and then create a sketch, and maybe that might help you to narrow it down, to where the break is.
