In last May I did a purchase for National Electric Handbook 2005 in
CD-ROM and was shipped the National Electric Code 2005 in CD-ROM. I
tried contact with the provider (Electrical Contractor Network)by
several way as (returns@electrical-contractor.net,
orders@electrical-contractor.net and
Info@Electrical-Contractor.net)ever the answer was NO ROUTE TO HOST.
After that I tried contact to my credit card to stop the pay but say
me that I need first contact to provider.
Maybe somebody Can help me?

I have no idea why you would not be able to get through on those addresses unless some lines were out at the time, or there was some slight error in the address. (??) At any rate you could have also tried calling the telephone number on your receipt as an alternative.

Someone from Customer Service should be in contact with you tomorrow.

OOPS, by Monday I mean.
