does anyone have a simple way to get a rough estimate to wire a new house. per sq. foot, ect. I come up with $12,000-15,000 for a 2100 sq. foot home. does this sound close ? It is just an estimate for the bank.
Thanks

IMO, square foot pricing is a great way to go out of business quick. It isn't bad using something like the Means Construction Cost Data to check an estimate, but I would never risk my business bidding by the square foot.
Most shops around here develop a flat rate price for each type of device & use that number. This is the system I use & it works well for me.
You might try checking the business forum since this sounds like a likely topic that may be covered there.

That number is pretty high for a small house. With little or no extras, a 2100 sq. ft. house would be done around here for between $5,500 - $7,000.00
