I have a customer who currently has a exhaust fan that exhausts out the side of the house and is located within the tub/shower also turned on by a pull string. They want to update this and still require a side vent fan. Does anyone have any ideas of the fans to use for this ?

You might check with a W. W. Grainger store or go to their online site. They may have what you're looking for.

But, let me clarify something...this is an exhaust fan ventilator that mounts on the exterior wall and is vented to the bath? Sounds like something on a smaller scale of a warehouse wall vent?

I have seen these in nut one or Nutone that the chain opens the vent cover and switches the fan on. These were used in mobile home applications, so you may need to check with a mobile home supplier.

Here are two models. The installation guides state that they can used in tub/shower area if "marked as appropriate for the application".
