Anybody know of any problems with having a main panel in the basement adjacent to a boiler? Usual clearances will be adhered to, but is there any verbage prohibiting the main disconnect to be in a boiler room?

Ambient Temp may become a problem most OCPD are listed for not more than 40 deg C.

other than 110.26 I can not think of anything off hand
