You're right if his transformer has an x4 connection, what he posted leaves the impression that his secondary has only three wires brought out. That made me pause too when composing my reply. If he has 4 wires on secondary, then scott35's schematic is the ticket. [Linked Image]

If his transformer has only x1,x2,x3 brought out, then the x2/x3 connection is a short (in the connections he described in the post abvove mine) and will release smoke. [Linked Image]

Sparks30, tell the masses what your wires are! [Linked Image] We're on the edge of our seats!

Edit: If he does indeed have an x4, then it should go like this:

Wire H1 to one leg of 208;
Nut H2 AND x1 together, this is the other leg of 208;
Nut x2 and x3; LOAD will connect as :
One leg to H1;
Other leg to x4

mxslick you're on the money. You got the config. Also to find out we were supplied the wrong trany. Thanks everyone
