I am in the new construction type of work, pretty experanced and was wondering if by chance anyone could tell me what the going pay rate for this type of work in your area is? I live in new jersey and the going rate around here tends to run 15 - 20 a hour. thanks for your help

You could try going to the US Department of Labor website. From there, you could access the prevailing wage rate for any part of the country.


Few things are harder to put up with than the annoyance of a good example.

Look in the local paper at help wanted ads and make a call to see what others are offering. This will give you an idea.
