Hi - did u try these guys? http://www.dcengineers.com/downloads.html

The .pdf is good if you want to write info by hand and the excel offers full access for using word processor to fill-in-the-blanks.

Nice link.

For any of you that need a free copy of Excel or any part of the Microsoft Office Suite (like power point or word). Go to www.openoffice.org It is a completely free and legal download and is fully compatible with any Microsoft Office program. Sun Microsystems developed it and gives it away to cut into Microsoft's bottom line.

Go to the link at https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/Forum15/HTML/000060.html
for panel schedules in Excel format—self-extracting pkzipped .xls files.
