Whoa, Nellie! Con Ed said they found less than one percent of 260,000 various electrical-type structures carrying stray voltage... one percent of 260,000 is 2,600- BEYOND intolerable!!!! ONE unintentionally-energized item is one too many!!!!!

Just my two cents' worth...
