I receintly did some work in a Oil Change facility. I noticed in the pit that the wiring method was EMT and some rigid for physical protection. Is this supposed to be a classified locaiton?

Blessings, Mark

The pit is normally unclassified based on the use of ventilation. See 511.3(B)(3) which sends you to Table 514.3(B)(1).
