Anyone know where I might find a site where I might find the tool used for stripping underground telephone cable?? In order to use the shield for a ground, it is extremely difficult to strip it with a knife, almost impossible. Any help will be appreciated?? Thanks Steve........

You might check with Ann at www.craftworktools.com 877-511-0677. Manufacturers General Machine Products, Klein or Paladin may have what you need.

Long shot: search on “tabbing shears”.
