Here is an interesting subject that was brought up to me by my GC. He stated that the fire marshall was by to do a walk through and specifically told the GC that any conduits or flexes that enter or exit the fire wall seperating a unit has to have a "sticker" stating it has the appropriate fie rating. Has anyone come across this and any suggestions how I should approach this??
Have your tube of fire caulk or the litature from what you used to firestop the hole made to install the conduit and be there when the fire marshall walks thru. Labels are worthless because they usually get painted over after the rough in inspections are completed. I personally have not had a fire marshall/inspector want a label, they do want proper firestopping.

I have seen flex with its fire rating as part of its UL label. It was old though. Now it comes on the tag that is attached to the roll. I have never been asked to provide it.
