One thing I noticed right away is they moved stuff around again but more significant is they changed the load calc formula.
120.82(B) says, using the optional method you only take the first 8kVA at 100% instead of 10kVA
120.82(B) also says you compute general lighting load at 2VA per sq/ft instead of 3VA.
It looks like they think lighting and general use equipment draws less power these days (LEDs etc)

FPL will give me hourly usage and that is probably more accurate than any load calc.
