I'm looking for any fan speed / dimmer combos that aren't made in Communist China. Made in USA would be wonderful but I doubt there are any.

Amazing! Lutron made a slider style unit that's made in St. Kitts. It's discontinued but still available. I never would've guessed St. Kitts.
