What's your Favorite Forum Styles here? What should be the Default style?

(you can try them out thru the dropdown box at the bottom of this page)

To make it easier, you can pick 2

Favorite Style
multiple choice, up to 2 choices

Bill,
I wasn't aware we actually had a dark style here. cool
Thanks for bringing this up, I seem to remember we had winter themes here and what-not, but if there was an option to have a dark theme, I would be all over that.

Mike,

The Dark style has always been available to sample or choose as your own Default.

There are some themes that are seasonal like Winter, Valentines Day and Easter that aren't on this list. They wouldn't be the best choice for a Default Style.

I'm trying to find out what the majority of people think looks best. That's what new visitors (or Members that don't set a preference) would see. The other styles will still be available for members to choose which one they want to use and can set that in their 'My Stuff' Preferences.

I'm hoping for some good participation here.

Another thing...

If you see anything that might be improved in any of the styles let me know and I'll give it a try.

For example: I remember in some of the styles Links weren't obvious because they weren't underlined. I think I fixed much of that. Text hard to read because of color or size? Let me know... please be as specific as you can (which style, etc.)

c'mon folks, let's see more votes here!

Not anything to do with the styles, but what happened to the "Recent Posts" box??

I'm still partial to coffee!

The 'Recent Posts' box wasn't updating properly, sometimes it might take all night, so it's on the shelf for now until we can figure out the problem.

The 'Active Topics' link above in the Navigation Bar will give the same information and more. (by Recent Topics or Posts)

If 'Coffee' doesn't end up the Default you can still set your preference for that style in 'My Stuff', making it your own Default.

I don't really see any difference but I have the side panels both turned off.
It is running faster and I am not having problems getting in so for that Thanks.
