FYI,

The Live Chat Feature has been Discontinued until further notice for lack of participation. It may function for a few more days, but that is it.

I have to agree with you, it wasn't getting a lot of use apart from a couple of people in there every so often.
I mean if it's not getting used, there's no point in having it.
I'm also sad to see it go.
