have a 10hp single phase 240v compressor I need to put a controller on...looking for simplest way...someone wired up a dedicated purpose starter but bypassed the coil and only using ps to shut down...no disco at compressor.
looks like i need to come off the ps to the coil, the motor leads should not go through the ps, but someone wired this one with the motor leads going through the ps...i need to by pass that and go from starter to motor.
no disco in sight either...plan to set a switch at comp
