2" imc is almost a 3" diameter, where or what was your straight edge dimension or did you pre-mark all marks on the conduit prior to making the first bend? on a 555 a push thru and a flip around are pretty straightforward, however, making all the benchmarks you can ahead of time for reference is a good idea in cases where a shoe may differ a bit. Always measure your first bend to see that it came out correct and pay close attention to any variation in the actual length of that stub. You are not the first person to lay a piece of pipe in the "Oh boy...pile". Good Luck. If You have a scrap piece experiment with that or cut that one and lay it out for a bend with the same take up with a shorter back to back. Lastly, always make sure the first 90 came out true if you are laying your second bend out off of that.
