This was on the street in Breckenridge Colorado

Real handy, no pesky cover to remove. It was nowhere in sight.

What is that in upper left side of pic? Stenciling looks similar to side of quazite box.

This was from a stop light controller as best I could tell. The streetlight may have gone through it too.

Greg,

My wife always gets mad at me when I want to stop and take pictures of electrical violations too. I won't stop to have my picture taken, but if there is an electrical violation, I stop.
