I guess you are well into 2010 by now...it's 10:35AM 1/1/10 here now, guess it's already Saturday for you?

Bonne Anné to all from darkest France! It's just gone 10pm here. We had a massive 14lb goose for dinner, 6 of us polished it off, together with a few bottles of very special hoarded 2005 Bordeaux at $40 a bottle, roast potatoes, broccoli, roast pumpkin + Christmas Pud, cream and custard and mince pies. Whew! I am stuffed! Hope everyone keeps well and prospers in the new decade. Just off to watch Smokey and the Bandit on satellite.

Ours was a quiet one as we returned home from Punta Cana yesterday and were more in the mood for rest than celebration.
I think we were fast asleep before 10pm.
