Hi Guys,
Looking at purchasing a Ray Tool Cable puller RT1001. Anyone every use one? Pro? Con? Better suggestions. I don't do a real lot of long pulls but often enough and I have 3 job that I can use it in the next 6 mos.

we have one...it's a nice tool...the only thing that gives you a little trouble is how the head attaches to the conduit...but outside of that I like it...

I purchased the unit today and it worked nicley. The instructions were alittle lacking and your right the head didn't like the qo 100a loadcenter but it did work well. We pulled 3 1/0 cu Thhn and #4 ground 270' 2 factory ninties and 1 long sweeping ninty (ditch rolled and the conduit just laid in)conduit is 2". I didn't find the high/low switch untill we were packing the thing up so it took longer than expected. The instructions that came along basically said" open box set up pull wire" very sad.

Took about 15mins to set up and 10 mins to brake down. That was with poor directions all.
