Now I pay her to stay away! (not kidding)  I noticed that some were sweating out the AFCI stuff,so I had to let ya know you are not immune! (sorry I missed the other post)

NJ is not as bad as a lot of folks say/think. High taxes, property & income. Business taxes, surcharges, fees, etc. Real estate issues, EPA/DEP, CAFRA, Army Corp of Engineers, County, State, Twp Approvals, soli conservation.....
Beach tag fees, parking, hotel taxes....
The bright side...4 seasons, shore, beaches, mountains (hills to some) Pinelands, Jersey Fresh Produce, casinos...and the Sopranos.
