Lets see.. it needs covers, and the flying pigtails need to either be terminated, capped, or removed.
Is the box itself secured with duct tape, or was that left over from the missing cover?

The picture was taken at a (big) new auto dealership in the City of Industry, CA; the job lasted about a year. There were 20 or so of these temps placed around the project; the other ones were in good shape.
The only other strap was at the top of the riser. The screws supporting the temp were missing from the panel, and the strap was missing from the riser nearest the panel. It left the panel free to swing to and fro. It slid down the pole about a foot. Someone put a piece of Ductape on it to secure it to the pole.

Thanks for the response. Guess that after a year of faithful duty....time for retirement! That's not a common setup (panel/recepts) here in NJ.
