Thanks habbbby for your question about the master electrician test in PA. I am in almost the same situation. I have an Asso degree in electricity and have 13 years as an industrial electrician. I am the only one at my company that knows anything about the N.E.C, but I am far from an expert. I would like to think that I am a good electician, but how do I destinguish myself from the guy who wires one receptical and claims to be an electrician. YOu are Welcome. Sounds like my exact situation too. I dont do alot of residential though, hardly any. The counties I have done work in do not require a card or license anyway. What Ive learned is it would be costly to obtain some form of qualification. Industry Ive worked for and around never require anything. Go figure. And yeah keep me posted too if you find anything.
