How does one become a CA certified instructor to offer CEU classes in NEC, Theory, Calculations...

I have called the CDE California Department of Education and they were not able to help me.

That sounds more like a program administered by the licensing people who run the CEU program.

it is administered by a licensed agency, but how does one become a licensed educator for the electrical CEU program?
Any guys teach CEU classes? how did you become certified inorder to offer CEU classes?

I am looking into offering CEU classes.

I have called consumer afairs, education department, cccco.edu and they haven't been able to help me.
