A teacher friend passed this along to me. I thought some humorous insight might be due.

Cartoon used in assessment workshops:
The cartoon shows two children and a dog.

The first child says, "I taught my dog Stripe how to whistle."
The second child says, "I've never heard Stripe whistle."
The first child responds, "I said I taught him. I didn't say he learned it."

Design-Build isn't supposed to mean design *as* you build.
