Hi, I have this problem since that underwater cable was damaged. Not only with ECN. I wonder, probably the issue is not solved perfectly yet...

My guess is that it was just server problems; perhaps a corrupt database, maybe just overloaded because I ran into it about 10% of the time yesterday at 6:30am but about 80% of the time at noon. Repeatedly hitting refresh always brought the right page up, so I don't think it was a DNS problem.

I haven't had an issue yet this morning... here's hoping it's fixed!

We are back. I have not been able get in for three days. I thought maybe the site forgot to pay the bill and the name got hijacked.
