This question is in relation to Ontario and how to contact someone for clariffication on a code issue. I work for a manufacturer of Office equipment and for some reason in Ontario I keep hearing about not being able to do certain things but I can't find a way to get a hold of the electrical inspection dept and see someone about it that is without as they told me go by a permit and then I can talk to the inspectors and get my questions answered this seems a lot like a money grab and I would like to know how or who you see in Ontario to get clarrifications.

Thanks already tried that link and was sent to a phone number that ended saying buy a permit then you can schedule a meeting as this does not fit into the set fees pay $115 and talk to the inspector for the area the permit is pulled in. As this is in general to Ontario and not a particular project this is hard to do.
