I'm not sure I understand the question. Belden, Monarch, and Berk-Tec ... all established manufacturers ... make Cat 6 rated cable in a variety of forms.
Naturally, none of these guys are very 'customer' friendly; you're pretty much stuck with going to the supply house, and looking at the catalog.
