He is from Winnipeg and probably thought of bidding on the new security camera's for Winnipeg Transit.

I see the bid date is now 1/17/08 - so there is still some time. But I seriously doubt that this is Electrical Contractor work - more like a systems integrator type of design/build project.

I work for Metro in LA, we have 2,700 transit busses, each one bristling with several interior and exterior cameras. But this was installed as part of a very large and expensive data monitoring, collecting and transmission system involving all kinds of systems on the bus. Not something you can sketch out in a couple of days.
