Anyone have an old copy of the (Say '01) CEC - I'm trying to remember if and when there was an exception to 210.25 "Common Area Branch Circuits" to be on the owners meter.

I still do.

Mark, the '93 NEC shows it as a new addition from the '90 NEC. It is 210-24 in the '93 NEC. I would assume it would have been adopted into the '95 CEC.
