When sharing a neutral with three phases: red, black, and blue do you require a 3 pole breaker tripping the other two phases if one phase trips?

Not in commercial practice.

right now not need to tied in commercal loacation but there is a change in 08 code cycle it will requried all MWBC have to be use the common tied breaker that go with resdnetneal area as well
