John, I've never seen a driploop in UF cable before grin All things considered though, I've never seen a building with a periscope protruding it's roof, with a 10/3UF coming out of it either!

It actually is PVC for plumbing. They took the time to paint it gray for what ever reason. I still am not sure what is in this building. I almost don't want to. I could take many photos in this place that just might top that photo. That place is such a disaster. One day I will have a photo of the street lighting which is made up of ceramic insulators and one hot wire that zig-zags it's way through the place....

Steve,
I'm pretty sure that the PVC used in plumbing is not UV-stabilised like PVC conduit is.
I could be wrong too.
