EPIC Pricing software by Vision. It has three levels of pricing plus a column where you can create custom pricing. They have millions of items in their database and it is real easy to use.

I just heard EPIC is involved in a lawsuit with I2 TradeService, so I am not sure how available EPIC is at the moment
