I am currently in the process of starting a small-0time compnay with a friend of mine who is licensed.

I need some help with the paperwork that has been drawn up to this point. I really have little knowledge of technical laws and want a few opinions on if I am getting a raw deal or not.

I would want to e-mail it to people rather than post here though. It is small. probably 10-15 kb.

Please post here if you would be interested in helping me.

Thanks

Philip

Feel free to send it to me. I'll probably tell you to see your lawyer. When I incorporated my previous company I saw my lawyer. He was usually very easy going.

During the meeting he got VERY serious and said "Tell me before you consider a partner. It's like a marraige except you write up the divorce papers in the beginning."

I'll also be glad to look it over for you, but also will probably sugest a lawyer.

You say you can't afford a lawyer, I say you can't afford not to see a lawyer.

Thanks for the replies guys.

Anyone know where I can get decent legal advice for a reasonable price?
