For Wed Night Business Chat could chat about flat rate for service work?.

I would like to compile a list of what should be included for flat rate besides service upgrades and dryer hook up.

Can a Kitchen remodel or a basement finishing be quote with Flat Rate IE all fixtures ,outlets,3 way switches entrance lights ,outside lights etc.
