What is the current requirements on bath fan and Code Reference number?

I am under the assumption that Bath Fans are required even if you have a window, is this not correct?

Similar, what are the requirements for kitchen exhaust fans and Code Reference number?

I am wanting to add General electrical notes to drawings.

Thanks in advance

The Florida Building Code (based on the IRC) 1203.4.2 says every toilet room shall have a 3 sq/foot window OR mechanical ventilation.
