The porcelain lamp holder is by Circle F and the top part would connect with a quarter twist to make contact with the brass prongs.
The switch was a standard Hubbell snap switch.
The tag on the lamp is from the last world war and states:
Waste won't win wars. When not in use turn off the juice.
