Attached pic is the "before" pic for a service change I did. As you can see, there has already been one upgrade, with 1-1/2 RMC replacing the original wood service mast.
The old mast, complete with insulators, remains.

From the looks of the building,should have called for a disconnect, and let a demolition contractor take care of the rest.
